PRN Hospice Chaplain – Collin/Denton Counties

This person will work with patients and families in Collin &Denton Counties.
Duties include but are not limited to professionally performing the role and functions of a hospice Chaplain. This includes patient care, family support, bereavement counseling, and a collaborative team approach to hospice care.

Requirements:
- A proven history working with people at the end of life and their families.
- A Master's degree in Ministry, Theology, Divinity, or related ministry track.
- At least two years experience in a spiritual care setting that may include: church, hospital, military or hospice chaplaincy.
- Great people skills that include abilities to build connections, solve problems, work independently, and under supervision.
- At least one unit of CPE (Clinical Pastoral Education) from an accredited APCE institution. Applicants will not be considered without at least one unit of CPE.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record software.
