Job Description:
· Provide basic personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
· Perform light housekeeping duties
· Replace sterile dressings and monitor wound healing
· Assist patients in and out of bed and moving around their home
· Keep accurate records of home visits
· Helping with meal preparation
· Take and monitor the patients' vital signs
· Administer prescription and over-the-counter medications
Qualifications:
· 1 year of verifiable experience
· HHA Certified
