A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HOME CARE MANAGER

As a Home Care Manager, you oversee all operations of our home care agency. You cultivate a talented and reliable team by recruiting and training health care professionals. Your leadership ability serves you well as you supervise and mentor PCAs, CNAs, and home care aides. To ensure seamless operations, you create schedules, manage the budget, and solve problems that arise as well as work to improve the quality and efficiency of the care delivered to our clients. Conscientiously, you ensure compliance with current home care agency laws. You love working with your team and feel great about making it possible for them to provide the best care for our clients!

• Ability to work a full-time schedule
