Palm Beach Shores Resort is hiring for a PART TIME Guest Relations position. Guest relations staff insure safety for the guests & owners and the protection of resort property.
Hours/Days will vary based on business needs and current guest relations schedule
Job Duties include:
Handle complaints involving security issues ie. Noise disturbances, disputes, trespassers, ejections, thefts, parking lot accidents, medical calls, slip & falls etc.
Take information & write reports.
Coordinate with local authorities related to situations that arise
Communicate & interact with guests around the property
Position requires ability to walk premises for the majority of scheduled shift
