    We need someone who likes a slower-paced job and likes a variety of tasks throughout the day. This position includes being a receptionist to answer phones and greet clients, a support role for the counselors related to scheduling appointments, and experience and knowledge with billing and processing insurance. Our current office manager is available to train the new administrative staff.

    Responsibilities and Requirements:
    • Enjoys working with an admin team to support the clinical staff and clients who come for counseling.  This would include direct interaction with folks contacting our office, answering phones and addressing concerns, helping make them feel welcome, and easing some of the apprehension about seeking counseling services.
    • Knowing the “ins and outs” of billing and processing insurance claims is a vital part of this position. This position would include collecting payments for services and being and rescheduling appointments. Carefully managing the client's charges and accounts is essential. This allows the client to focus on the goal of therapy; personal or family growth & healing.
    • The admin team must have a cheerful disposition and enjoy working with people. We need someone who is conscientious, reliable, and trustworthy.  
    • This position has a variety of responsibilities and requires someone who loves to work hard and is excellent at multitasking. 
    • Candidate must know word processing and accounting software & have experience with electronic claims submission. (We would consider a candidate eager to learn these skills. And provide the training.)
    • Organizational skills and attention to detail is essential. Someone willing to keep the office neat and clean.

    Benefits:

    •  Salary  $16.50 to $20.00.
