Role Description

Baxter Hospitality is seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team in Yarmouth Port, MA, on a full-time, on-site basis. The Mixologist will be responsible for creating classic pre-prohibition cocktails along with unique, "fresh take", high-quality cocktails for our guests, keeping up with current industry trends, maintaining inventory and bar supplies, and ensuring a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Mixologist, with a proven track record of creating unique and delicious cocktails
• Excellent knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and other beverages
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Friendly personality, with excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and maintain a clean, organized bar environment
• Active listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed
• Certification from a recognized mixology program is a plus
• Ability to provide excellent hospitality experience while adhering to safety protocols is required
