What You’ll Do
The Referral Relations Coordinator will promote Oaklawn’s Child and Adolescent Intensive Services to current and potential referral sources and other community partners, as well as:
- Orchestrate inquiry to admission process.
- Coordinate follow up processes to improve on current programs.
- Engage community leaders and resources and educate on Oaklawn services and processes.
- Coordinate trainings/informative sessions as appropriate.
- Develop and maintain outcomes according to standards.
- Clinical triage and strategist.
This position interacts with a variety of external and internal partners: referral sources, physicians, community resources, clinical staff, Oaklawn staff, clients, and visitors.
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
- BA/BS required; Social services or human services related preferred.
- 2 years experience in a Child Caring Institution is mandatory.
