As a 3-11 RN Charge Nurse at Pines Village, you will oversee the nursing staff and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our residents during the evening shift. You will play a crucial role in coordinating and supervising the nursing team, while providing direct patient care and promoting a safe and nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and supervise the nursing staff during the 3-11 shift

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals

- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in residents' conditions

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

- Provide guidance and support to the nursing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

Requirements:

- Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a senior care or long-term care setting

- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Compassionate and patient nature, with a genuine desire to provide exceptional care
