Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the nursing staff. Your role will involve providing direct patient care, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

Duties:
- Provide direct patient care, including vital signs monitoring, medication administration, IV infusion, and pain management
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Assist in the training and orientation of new nursing staff members
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols

Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license (RN or LPN)
