Job Description:

As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with all payroll tax requirements.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
