Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse to join our team. The Charge Nurse will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Duties: - Provide direct patient care and assist physicians in patient assessments - Supervise and mentor nursing staff - Implement and maintain patient care plans - Perform triage and prioritize patient needs - Utilize aseptic techniques for procedures - Assist in emergency room (ER) operations - Conduct sonography procedures as needed - Administer basic life support when necessary - Manage acute care situations effectively - Perform sutures as required Qualifications: - RN license with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a hospital setting - Proficiency in patient assessment and care planning - Strong knowledge of ER operations and triage procedures - Ability to utilize aseptic techniques for various medical procedures - Experience in acute care settings with a focus on patient safety and quality care delivery - Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) - Previous experience in charge nurse or leadership role is preferred Joining our team as a Charge Nurse offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care while advancing your career in a dynamic healthcare environment.
