We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions. This is a key role within our organization, and we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in various accounting tasks.

Duties:
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
- Prepare and post journal entries to maintain accurate general ledger accounts
- Utilize financial concepts and principles to analyze and interpret financial data
- Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance
- Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify accuracy of transactions
- Perform account analysis to identify discrepancies or issues
- Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable records
- Provide support to the accounting team as needed

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid understanding of payroll processes and tax regulations
- Familiarity with GAAP guidelines
- Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
