Shift Manager Responsibilities:

• Support the team in making fast, fresh sandwiches
• Slicing meat, fresh veggies, and baking perfect bread daily
• Provide strong customer service
• Keep a clean, well maintained restaurant
• Oversee and train employees in all tasks
• Support the General Manager
• Knows and applies the value stories
• Successfully runs shifts & manages staff
• Can successfully open and close the store & complete shift change tasks
• Responsible for 100% of the cash drawers during the shift
• Routes deliveries and serves drivers to maximize delivery business & speed
• Can manage the prep and production of bread & veggies
