Being a PIC is a responsibility that is very important. This is one of the steps that will help with career advancement. This position is to be held as acting manager and you will be required to follow management procedures and policies. At any time any of these policies are violated, you may be removed from this position.
There are specific requirements that must be done and you will be reviewed on.
This is just the beginning.
You must maintain the highest guest service and coach and guide all associates.
In the beginning, you will have the task of running the shifts. As you develop, you will be given additional assignments.
The following must be done every shift:

This can all be done if you organize your time.
You must never discuss any person’s performance with any associate. All conversation that needs to be addressed must be done with a manager. We will take appropriate action to correct the issue. Do not take it in your own hands. If it is severe, write a statement, note in the logbook, and send associate home if directed to by manager.
