MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should meet the following minimum requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typing speed of 50 WPM along with high-level computer skills
• 3 years of call center experience with high call volume
• 3 years of customer service experience in the home service industry (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical), or a similar industry
• Minimum of 1 year of inside sales experience
• An average of 90% or higher QA/KPI scores
• Experience with CRM and scheduling software

Preferred qualifications:

• Previous experience in complex work environments
• Managerial experience
