OVERVIEW: This position is a registered, professional nurse that performs multiple duties both clinical and administrative. The role collaborates with the Chief Operating Officer and the physician team to provide care in the procedure room and provides nursing care to the RMA LI IVF patient population. This position is responsible for the day to day supervision of procedure room staff (including per diem nurses), and ensuring adherence to standard of care according to the policies, procedures, philosophy, and objectives established by RMA LI IVF. In addition, this position works with the Executive Clinical Director to establish and manage policy formation with particular reference to the role, functions, and operations of the department and its personnel in the care of all infertility patients undergoing procedures.
