Responsibilities:

- Monitor vital signs and ensure accurate documentation of patient information
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Assist in the management of medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Conduct regular rounds to assess resident status and address any concerns or issues
- Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding their healthcare needs
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
- Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff members
Requirements:
- Valid nursing license ( LPN)
- Minimum of [1] years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and infection control practices
- Proficient in medication administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
