Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality resident care and ensuring the smooth operation of the nursing unit. This position requires strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct resident care and oversee the nursing staff on the assigned unit
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor vital signs and ensure accurate documentation of patient information
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
- Assist in the management of medical records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Conduct regular rounds to assess resident status and address any concerns or issues
- Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding their healthcare needs
- Ensure infection control protocols are followed to maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
- Assist in the orientation and training of new nursing staff members

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license ( LPN)
- Minimum of [1] years of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and infection control practices
- Proficient in medication administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Ability to lift/move heavy objects or assist with patient mobility as needed
