Regions Hospital is looking for exceptional, patient focused Registered Nurses to join our team to make a difference for our patients and our community.

C6 is a 35-bed med-surg/telemetry unit with double and single occupancy. We focus on inpatient medical-surgical patients, including general surgery, acute care surgery, neurosurgery, urology, cardiac telemetry and post procedural care.

Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited degree program in Nursing. Baccalaureate degree in Nursing strongly preferred. Two (2) years experience in area of specialty preferred at 0.8 FTE, or above (minimum of 3328 hours).
• Licensed as a registered nurse by the State of Minnesota
• CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS for healthcare providers
• Knowledge of current nursing practices and techniques
• Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing
• Ability to effectively participate on an interdisciplinary treatment team
• Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with patients, family members and co-workers
