MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN THE TEAM:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent computer skills, including the ability to type 50 WPM
• A minimum of 3 years in high-volume call centers
• At least 3 years of experience in customer service within the home service industry (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical), or a similar field
• A minimum of 1 year of inside sales experience
• Familiarity with complex work environments
• QA/KPI scores of 90% or above
• Mastery of CRM and scheduling software

Managerial experience is preferred but not required.
