Charge Nurse Job Description & Qualifications

The Charge Nurse provides guidance and leadership to the nursing assistants as well as hands-on care and medication administration for the residents. The Charge Nurse we are looking for possesses strong leadership skills, is an excellent communicator, and is caring and compassionate.

CHARGE NURSE REWARDS:

• $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time

CHARGE NURSE SCHEDULE:

• Full-time, 3 pm to 11 pm shift
• PRN, all shifts

CHARGE NURSE REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have RN or LPN License with the State
• Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task
• Compassion, accountability, flexibility, and positive attitude

CHARGE NURSE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervises Clinical Staff
• Clinical Assessments
• Collaborates with Physician Services
• Medication Administration
