Chauffeurs transport executives, employees, guests, and clients in a limousine or luxury vehicle. Greet and provides service to riders. Provides smooth, timely transportation. May be responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle. It may require a state-specific Chauffeur Permit-reports to the Chauffeur Manager.

Essential Functions

• Driving and transporting clients
  
• Adhere to the Four Golden Moments of client contact
  
• Welcome/Greet the client and discuss amenities.
  
• Confirm destination and preferred route.
  
• Ask for temperature or radio preference
  
• Thank the client for choosing RMA Worldwide
  
• Follow DOT regulations where applicable.
  
• Maintaining Travel logs/ Fuel Vehicle
  
• Safety Management
  
• Passenger loading assistance.
  
• Vehicle Inspection/Safety checks
  
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs unassisted.
  

Requirements

• At least 25 years of age (insurance requirement)
  
• Has excellent Customers Service Skills
  
• Has a valid Drivers License
  
• Is eligible for a PSC Card
