As we grow and continue to build we are looking for an entry level Data Entry/Administrative Assistant who is able to come into the office and help out 2 times a week for 10-16 hours, with the opportunity for more hours as needed. The ideal candidate should have interest in joining an up and coming company that you can grow at and advance your skills. This is an entry level position and we have many options for advancement. To start, you will be asked to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties for this position include answering phones, helping customers, providing support to our team and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities. Responsibilities include staying current on all data entry projects, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems, helping with emails and calls as needed, other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel, Word, Outlook and basic office equipment.
