Collection experience is REQUIRED for this position.

Account managers work with a set of customers on a long term basis. This position requires good phone skills, and strong follow up skills.. This job includes working directly with management on loan underwriting and managing a set a customers over the life of the loan. Ideal candidate will have great phone skills, be detailed oriented, and able to follow specific processes repetitively. Saturdays REQUIRED - not every Saturday, but once a month.

Ideal candidate will have collections experience, be honest and hardworking, and have the ability to multitask. Spanish speaking is a plus.
