Hire Up Staffing is hiring for a Collections Specialist with strong knowledge in AR collections and billing, located in Fresno CA.

Pay : $17.00-$22.00 DOE

Schedule : M-F 8am-5pm

Skills :

• Knowledgeable in Accounts Receivables billing / collections.
• Great interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Great phone etiquette; able to effectively relate via telephone to serve the needs of customers in an efficient and productive manner.
• Time management and organizational skills : prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and staying organized.
• Fluent in billing terminology used and referenced in the billing of services.
• Ability to gracefully assist unhappy customers.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Problem-solving skills : Analyzing complex problems, developing creative solutions, and making sound decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft (Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook).

Experience :

• Administrative Assistants / Receptionists : 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service : 1 year Preferred
