The Collections Specialist will be responsible for contacting and negotiating payment of delinquent accounts for a variety of clients from different industries. Essential Duties
· Responsible for contacting consumers for recovery of outstanding debt
· Overcome stalls and objections of payment
· Successfully process a variety of payment options including credit cards and checks
· Clear and accurate documentation of account activity
· Investigative research in locating responsible parties and potential assets
· Follow Federal and State laws regulating debt collection
· Submit accounts to be reviewed for litigation and follow up on the litigation process
Required Attributes

· Ability to use a computer and various software applications for collection purposes
· Strong organization and prioritization skills
· Strong communication and negotiation skills
· Basic math skills
· Bi-Lingual preferred
