Septic Check - Immediate Production Laborer, Equipment Operator

As a Production Laborer and Equipment Operator, you will have the opportunity to operate heavy machinery, perform physical labor, troubleshoot system issues, and work collaboratively with a team of highly skilled professionals.

Responsibilities :

• Dedicated customer service and education
• Drive, haul, and maintain heavy equipment and service vehicles
• Perform physical tasks such as moving heavy objects and shoveling
• Plumb plastic pipe and other materials
• Enter confined spaces safely
• Troubleshoot and fix septic system problems efficiently

Requirements :

• Proven experience in a construction or similar role preferred
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Basic knowledge of construction materials and tools
• Physical stamina for manual labor tasks
• Strong work ethic and team collaboration skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to obtain a CDL A license withing 90 days of hire (company funded)
