This position is responsible for ongoing monitoring of the Lease portfolio and coordinating with loan accounting and 3rd party Lessors on needed items. This position is also responsible for collection of past due payments either direct with customers or via 3rd party Lessors and sending default and other notices and ordering and coordinating repos. This position works closely with the Special Assets Department on defaulted contracts and assists as necessary with skip tracing, repos, remarketing, etc. The Portfolio/Collections Manager reports to the SVP/Lease Dept. Manager and does not directly manage other employees.
