COMC is seeking an accomplished Engineering Manager to join our Engineering team. Reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager, the Engineering Manager is responsible for supervising, guiding, and mentoring a team of developers, ensuring that they follow the standards and practices established by the CEO and the head of Technology, and providing first-line HR supervision and management of the engineers. The Engineering Manager will collaborate with Program Managers to plan, prioritize, and groom work for the team and to ensure that the work is delivered on time and according to standards.
