Position Summary
The role of the Sterile Processing Manager reports to the Director of Surgical Services Operations. This position is responsible for managing and planning the day-to-day functions of the Sterile Processing department. This position assists the director in establishing and maintaining unit policies and procedures. The manager establishes effective working relationships with all constituencies including patients, patient families, physicians, employees, volunteers and vendors.
