SUMMARY:
This position ensures customers feel welcomed, informed, comfortable, and secure during check in process, as well as with their purchase.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Inspect all incoming units, new or used, for function, missing, defect, or damage and record as per check list.
Report any major issues, new/used, to manager for review before releasing drivers or turning in sheet to finance on trade.
Meet and greet each customer and transport to delivery site for inspection.
Change license plate from one RV to another.
Understand and address or relay to advisor and/or salesperson trade customer concerns and questions, including functional issues to be addressed by technicians.
Attend all company required meetings.
Additional responsibilities as requested or required.
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:
Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record to meet insurance requirements
Ability to learn the systems and features inside an RV
Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend English.
Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.

HS Diploma or equivalent
