This individual will work closely with lending management to achieve short- and long-term goals related to performance metrics of production and quality, implement best practice standards regarding timing and communication response, and accomplish expectations surrounding our high performance culture.
Candidates should have leadership experience and a bachelor's degree in business or a related field. Prior retail lending experience is preferred but not required. Ideal applicants will be positive, collaborative, service driven and versatile.
This position will primarily be based on-site at our Retail Loan Processing Center in Wabash, IN with occasional remote flexibility. Standard position hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. with the occasional Saturday morning, as needed.
