Are you obsessed with keeping your car clean and shiny? Do you get a thrill out of seeing a dirty car transformed into a sparkling work of art? If so, then we have the perfect job for you! We are looking for a Chief Suds Officer to join our team as the Car Wash Site Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Lead a team of skilled car wash technicians to ensure that every vehicle that passes through our wash receives the highest level of care and attention.

- Implement new wash procedures and techniques to keep our wash ahead of the competition.

- Maintain equipment and keep the wash running at peak efficiency.

- Manage the inventory of wash supplies and ensure that all products are properly stocked and utilized.

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, and implement customer service policies to ensure maximum satisfaction.

- Manage the wash's finances and budget, and ensure profitability.

Qualifications:

- Passion for cars and car washing.

- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Experience in the car wash industry is preferred, but not required.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure.
