Summary:

Works closely with the Data Processing Manager to oversee the core data processing system and all related interfaces. Assists the Data Processing Manager in guiding the financial information systems activities, including the design, programming, procedures, and operation of computers and related peripheral equipment and interfaces for the Fiserv Premier Core System. Provides oversite and exception management to ensure the data processing staff competently and completely finishes the daily processing of schedules and backups including any processing issues and related documentation.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree.

Licenses/Certifications: Valid Ohio Driver's License.

Experience: Three to five years of related experience, preferably with Fiserv Premier. Demonstrated experience supporting Fiserv software and end users. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Essential Functions:

A: Job Specific:

• Works closely with end users and management staff to implement software applications, interfaces and specifications to enhance the operations, security and data integrity of the bank.
• Assists with the coordination of system and hardware installations with vendors to ensure proper interfaces are maintained and are compatible with the mainframe and core processing components.
• Assists with the oversight of all applications of the core processing and mainframe systems. Installs upgrades to enhance mainframe and core processing functionality.
• Implements procedures to perform the nightly update, monitors completion and assists with exceptions and interruptions of standard processes.
• Assists in evaluating security access and monitoring controls for Fiserv and related applications and services.
• Reviews logs and back-up reports to identify and diagnose errors relating to the Mainframe, peripherals and servers.
• Reviews technical database to identify problems or system deficiencies.
• Assists with customer statement printing and document imaging tasks.
