About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to join our Small Business Cards team within Consumer Lending. Small Business Credit Cards (SBC) recently transitioned into Cards and Merchant Services (CMS), thus resulting in all customer and non-customer facing communications needing to be uplifted and migrated into a new operating model. The individual within this role will partner to lead this Communications Transformation initiative to create efficiency by simplifying, automating, digitizing, and uplifting into a new workflow.
This initiative will be multi-faceted and will be a large undertaking collaborating with numerous teams simultaneously across many Wells Fargo (WF) lines of business. This individual will have recurring exposure to CMS senior leaders and will be responsible for driving significant change within the organization. In this role, you will:
Review Small Business Credit Card assets (end-to-end) and provide recommendations for individual assets and lead the transformation of these assets, including updating copy, simplifying, digitizing, and uplifting into a new workflow
Identify areas of opportunity to simplify, automate, and create a cohesive WF tone to our SBC customers
Lead the creation of current and interim process documents for Asset Owners to reference to open intake requests into appropriate prioritization queues
Prioritize buckets of work that can be worked immediately
Lead discussions across the organization to decouple assets from legacy infrastructure
Provide management recurring updates on transformation efforts
Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
Ensure Asset Owners are accountable for tasks by setting up recurring meetings, followed by meeting notes to the teams
Work with the Project Manager assigned to this effort to provide status updates and drive efforts forward
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
Required Qualifications, US:
5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
5 years of credit card or financial services industry experience
Experience reviewing or creating marketing materials, customer communications, and/or public-facing content, including presenting for compliance with applicable laws/regulations
Adobe experience
Proven ability to assess and manage process improvement initiatives to optimize effectiveness and efficiencies
Proven ability to influence and partner cross-functionally with risk, legal, and business partners of all levels
Experience with project management tools, such as Confluence and Jira
Experience creating and facilitating PowerPoint presentations for senior management review and discussion
Experience building partnerships, collaborating, consulting and communicating effectively with multiple business partners
Ability to track and monitor project progress, identify project and process gaps, recommend controls and communicate progress to business leaders
