Corporate Card Manager at a glance
The Manager, Corporate Card Management will be responsible for the strategy, execution, operational delivery, compliance, expansion and continuous improvement of this key operational area. This role will have oversight of BPO operational teams and partner with their internal and external Procure to Pay counterparts and BU’s across the KHC organization to deliver operational excellence of our Corporate Card Programs.
What's on the menu?
Owns the strategy to administration requirements of the Corporate Card Management Program (T&E P-Card) and accounts payable in accordance with KHC Policy.
Manage and oversee the Corporate Card Management Program (T&E P-Card) to include developing policies and procedures, internal controls, training, card issuance and cancellations, purchase monitoring, communicating with card holders, approving users and limits, management reporting and further development of the program.
Serve as the primary interface with the company card users and card contractor (bank) for KHC. Serve as the subject matter expert while managing the card program.
Perform objective internal monitoring on Corporate Card Management Program (T&E P-Card) transactions for compliance with KHC policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain the training program for the Corporate Card Management Program (T&E P-Card) and deliver training to all new cardholders, business managers and plant leadership on the proper management and use of the Corporate Card Management Program (T&E P-Card) by using judgment and technical knowledge to tailor training to fit particular departments or circumstances.
Establish business accounts, add new users and groups for individual locations.
Review, analyze and process receivables and accounts payable for KHC, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines. Oversee and process virtual payments to vendors.
