    Job Description:  
    Responsible for the overall Management of the Sahara Las Vegas Loyalty Club Program and applicable Club Desks. Works closely with the Director of Casino Marketing & CRM team to establish what new programs should be offered to guests
     
    Job Focus: 
    Focus is on, but not limited to the following:
    • Manages the daily operations of the Loyalty Club Desks.
    • Creates, manages, and distributes employee schedules.
    • Understands the loyalty database structure and all customer-facing digital channels.
    • Works closely with applicable departments to implement new loyalty initiates.
    • Along with the Director of Casino Marketing manages external customer service relationships ensuring guest satisfaction is always maintained.
    • Clearly communicates with staff about upcoming plans/programs ensuring that execution and delivery to guests is done with Company standards in mind.
    • Delivers Loyalty Club data to the Director and Vice President of Casino Marketing.
    • All other duties as assigned by Management.

    Desired Qualifications:
    • A minimum three to five (3-5) years working for a Casino Loyalty Club program with a minimum of two (2) years direct Management experience of a Loyalty Club Desk is required.
    • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
    • Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal forms.
    • A professional demeanor and attire are to be maintained at all times.
    • Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
    • Ability to working independently with little to no supervision.
    • Must be able to perform in a team environment.
    • Possess the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships across all levels of staff and leadership.
    • Previous experience in a high-end luxury Gaming or Hospitality environment is desired.
    • Must have exceptional time management skills.
    • An intermediate to proficient understanding of Computer systems such as: Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook is preferred.
    • Proven ability to resolve guest conflicts with ease or determine if management is needed in certain guest situations.
    • A valid Nevada Gaming license & Alcohol Awareness Card are required and must be obtained before entering this position.
    • Must be 21 years of age or older.
