The Skincare Market Owner will be responsible for developing and executing an aggressive growth strategy to enter and penetrate the professional skincare market. We are seeking an imaginative, results-driven, entrepreneurially minded leader to own this initiative.

Who You'll Do:

• Development of 3-5 year market strategy and annual plans
• Driving execution of plans
• Identifying, onboarding and managing go-to-market resources
• Allocating budget resources and managing operational costs
• Building relationships with vendors and strategic partners
• Driving business and financial performance
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams at Emerson to enable success

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in strategic marketing, strategic planning, corporate development, general management or strategy consulting
• Experience partnering directly with Health Care Professionals and/or influencers, associations or networks within the Aesthetic market
• Masters Business Administration from top tier business school preferred
