    • Must be strong in both written and verbal communication
    • Able to work effectively as part of a team
    • Able to build and maintain relationships
    • Must be adaptable and willing to deal with change and ambiguity
    • Must have high degree of accountability
    • Must have strong organizational skills
    • What skills/attributes are nice to have?
      Optum or UntiedHealth Group experience
      Ability to manage through ambiguity and uncertainty
