The IP project UAT Test Manager should have the following experience:
• Commercial Payments business experience, including but not limited to ACH, Credit Card and Virtual Credit Card, and Check processing processes
• Effective communication with all relevant business stakeholders and system owners
• Experience guiding business lines in test script creation and test execution
• Ability to create Test Plans and Test Closure reports, and mange defects
• Able to manage to test deliverable dates, identify risks and issues, as well as foresee when tasks are at risk to meet project timelines
• HP Application Lifecycle Management experience managing and reporting of test scripts and defects, as well as assisting the adoption of ALM usage and training of business line testers new to using ALM
• Experience with iterative and agile testing methodologies or experience managing testing in a mixed agile/iterative project
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interpret business requirements and technical solutions and assist in translating them to business process and procedures
• Ability to coordinate with test teams and vendors in multiple locations in the US and at offshore
Essential skills include:
•Strong stakeholder and people management skills.
•Experienced in test management.
•Background in supporting business testing and acceptance.
•Experienced in IT delivery supporting business transformation programs.
•Experience using multiple resource models including domestic, offshore, onshore and multi-country teams.
•Experience of risked based testing scope management.
•Ability to apply testing processes and terminology to practical scenarios, supported by excellent communication skills.
•Ability to report and support communication to multiple levels of stakeholders.
