This critical position will oversea a team of both internal and external IT support personnel for a growing managed services company. You will manage personnel and partners we work with to provide outstanding services to our clients. You will also manage the projects to meet timelines for completion and ensure that we meet customer SLA requirements. In addition, you will provide technical training and support to your team, developing them to provide the highest level of support. We provide both cyber security and managed services solutions.
