SUMMARY:
Account Managers are integral members of the Fitts Insurance Commercial Lines team, as they provide clients the personalized attention needed to ensure the right fit for insurance and risk management protection. Account Managers work closely with production staff and clients throughout each renewal by gathering information, preparing submissions, moving the renewal process forward, and proactively communicating while handling day-to-day requests to ensure an outstanding client experience. Additionally, Account Managers recognize opportunities to improve efficiencies and work with agency leadership to implement new processes and strategies.

EXPECTATIONS AND DUTIES:
- Handle day-to-day service requests within their respective team
- Work with a team in handling complex insurance renewals
- Prepare client deliverables with close attention to detail and professionalism
- Audit insurance programs and provide advice and recommendations to producers and clients
- Attend client meetings and assist in obtaining or retaining the client's business.
- Organize and handle significant and sensitive client data per agency standards
- Act as a critical liaison between insurance carriers and clients
- Recognize and attract new business by identifying opportunities within the local market
- Network with insurance carriers to build relationships and to support business development
- Cross-sell and seek referrals from the client base
- Assist in producing marketing literature and website content for sales campaigns
- Inspire trust in Fitts Insurance Agency by resolving client concerns in a courteous and proactive manner

- Massachusetts commercial insurance license or non-resident license
- Minimum 3 years of mid-market commercial insurance experience
