A Chemical Operator III will have at least 4 years experience working in a chemical manufacturing environment.
As a mid-level operator at Nalas, a Chemical Operator III will be part of a team responsible for the manufacturing of chemical products. Under minimal guidance, a Chemical Operator III will demonstrate the skills to safely operate and control chemical equipment specific to processes. The Chemical Operator III is proficient in the safe handling and storage of bulk quantities of chemicals. A Chemical Operator III will repair plant equipment and effectively record operations. A Chemical Operator III will provide mentorship to entry-level operators. The Chemical Operator III will be responsible for maintaining a clean workspace. It is critical a Chemical Operator III understands aspects of project management, demonstrating an excellent understanding of timeline and budget. A Chemical Operator III is expected to always operate in a safe and efficient manner, with a mindset and behavior that reinforces the Nalas Quality culture, ensuring Nalas services meet or exceed customer needs.
