Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Adolescent Mentor to join our team. You will work with teenagers, to address a variety of mental health concerns. You will also assist them in their daily living responsibilities as well as independent living skills. You will work with teenagers, to address a variety of mental health concerns. Duties:
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on client goals and needs
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a range of mental health issues
- Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the field of mental health
- Offer support and guidance to individuals experiencing various life challenges
- Educate clients on coping strategies and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Requirements:
-CPR Certification
- Strong understanding of mental health theories and techniques
- Ability to develop rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with behavioral problems
