Chemical Dependency Director directs chemical dependency and substance abuse treatment and recovery programs. Leads, supports, and develops care team members. Being a Chemical Dependency Director oversees services from intake through discharge for continuity and quality of client care. Prioritizes client safety and directs crisis management. Additionally, Chemical Dependency Director develops and administers approved standards and guidelines, ensures all licensing and accreditation requirements are maintained. Establishes and administers recordkeeping and reporting processes. Requires a bachelor's degree. Requires Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). Typically reports to a director. The Chemical Dependency Director manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Position Summary
The Seasonal Chemical Applicator assists the McKenzie County Weed Control Officer to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of weed control throughout McKenzie County. This class reports to the Weed Control Officer. The schedule is seasonal: typically ranging from May to October. Level and salary commensurate with experience.

o Positions in this class typically require: reaching, standing, walking, grasping, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions.
o Moderate Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/ or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
