Chemical Dependency Director directs chemical dependency and substance abuse treatment and recovery programs. Leads, supports, and develops care team members. Being a Chemical Dependency Director oversees services from intake through discharge for continuity and quality of client care. Prioritizes client safety and directs crisis management. Additionally, Chemical Dependency Director develops and administers approved standards and guidelines, ensures all licensing and accreditation requirements are maintained. Establishes and administers recordkeeping and reporting processes. Requires a bachelor's degree. Requires Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). Typically reports to a director. The Chemical Dependency Director manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Chemical Dependency Director typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.   • The Operator/Loader is an integral part of the daily operation of the process facility. This position handles a large part of the outside duties including but not limited to: loading and shipping of containers for offsite shipment to customers, product sampling, batch making, working with technical and maintenance folks, maintaining quality and safety standards, handling bulk hazardous chemicals. The operator/loader should be a self-starter that has good organizational and time management skills.

    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: List the core accountabilities for this role.

    • Responsible for the loading of bulk shipment containers for national and international customers.
    • Ensure materials meet product specifications through laboratory testing.
    • Complete all documents clearly and correctly – checklists, analytical results, shipping papers
    • The clearing and isolation of process equipment for first breaks and mechanical work.
    • Work with different levels of personnel to correct issues
    • Monitor remote sensors for fugitive emissions and respond accordingly – must determine the correct level of action in a short period of time
    • Must be able to read shipping and loading information to determine priority of loads and availability of materials
    • Thoroughly and accurately complete logs and communicate with coworkers and support staff
    • Monitor pumps, gauges, relief equipment, piping, valve alignments and tank levels with the aid of electronics and field equipment.
    • Accurate completion of hazardous documentation for orders
    • Coordinating with carriers on site for incoming and outgoing shipments
    • Accurately reporting of on hand equipment
    • Prioritize work demand for on time delivery

    • Experience in ERP systems, Excel and navigating SharePoint

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (Must have): What basic qualifications must the candidate have to successfully perform this job?

    • Willingness to work in any weather climate – hot, cold raining, snowing etc.
    • Knowledge of basic math and chemistry.
    • Ability to read gauges, diagrams, computer printouts, etc.
    • Ability to use basic tools in safe and efficient manner as required.
    • Ability and willingness to work a 12 hour rotating shift including nights, days, weekends and holidays. Overtime to cover shifts will occur and is mandatory in this position
    • Must be able and willing to work at heights, climb ladders on buildings tanks and shipping containers, be near handrails on tall structures and scaffolds.
    • Must be able and willing to lift and handle items up to fifty pounds multiple times a shift
