Chemical Dependency Director directs chemical dependency and substance abuse treatment and recovery programs. Leads, supports, and develops care team members. Being a Chemical Dependency Director oversees services from intake through discharge for continuity and quality of client care. Prioritizes client safety and directs crisis management. Additionally, Chemical Dependency Director develops and administers approved standards and guidelines, ensures all licensing and accreditation requirements are maintained. Establishes and administers recordkeeping and reporting processes. Requires a bachelor's degree. Requires Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). Typically reports to a director. The Chemical Dependency Director manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Chemical Dependency Director typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Job Description:  Warsaw Chemical is seeking a Project Engineer with experience in a facility relocation to work in our corporate office in Warsaw, Indiana. The ideal candidate will lead in all areas of project management and be an important part of our growth team.

    Primary Job Duties:

    • Coordinate, organize, and oversee a manufacturing facility move.
    • Utilize experience in facility design and equipment installation process with Lean Manufacturing.
    • Delegates work and assignments to team members based on expertise, work experience, and time constraints.
    • Leads an interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency.
    • Outlines the tasks involved in the project and delegates accordingly.
    • Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
    • Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
    • Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate).
    • Addresses questions, concerns, and/or complaints throughout the project.
    • Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors.
    • Communicates and collaborates with sales and marketing teams to provide training and information required to promote and sell new projects, programs, and systems.
    • Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
    • Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in Chemical or Process Engineering.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods standing and walking and/or sitting.
    • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
