Chemical Dependency Director jobs in Laramie, WY
Chemical Dependency Director directs chemical dependency and substance abuse treatment and recovery programs. Leads, supports, and develops care team members. Being a Chemical Dependency Director oversees services from intake through discharge for continuity and quality of client care. Prioritizes client safety and directs crisis management. Additionally, Chemical Dependency Director develops and administers approved standards and guidelines, ensures all licensing and accreditation requirements are maintained. Establishes and administers recordkeeping and reporting processes. Requires a bachelor's degree. Requires Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). Typically reports to a director. The Chemical Dependency Director manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Chemical Dependency Director typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. We are hiring CDL Operators in Rawlins, WY
• Drives company vehicles with valid license. If DOT driver, complies with all DOT regulations and record-keeping
• Safety operates and maintains assigned truck
• Promotes the company’s business by conducting work assignments in a professional and safe manner
• Complete daily pre-trip and post trip inspections
• Adheres to Federal, State and Company regulations
• Responsible for hookup and breakdown of equipment using proper tools and procedure
• When not driving, will perform a range of general laboring duties with the industrial cleaning team
• Completes service log, service receipts and other paperwork associated with the work performed
• Cleans up work area and equipment after work is complete
• Ensures quality company standards
• Performs all other duties as assigned

Requirements
Possess and Maintain as a minimum, CDL Class B license or higher a plus
• Must have a good driving record
• Basic math skill
• Able to follow all applicable safety rules and procedures
• Must be able to work various hours and travel out of town
• Equipment knowledge
• Good communication skills, written and oral
