Chemical Dependency Director directs chemical dependency and substance abuse treatment and recovery programs. Leads, supports, and develops care team members. Being a Chemical Dependency Director oversees services from intake through discharge for continuity and quality of client care. Prioritizes client safety and directs crisis management. Additionally, Chemical Dependency Director develops and administers approved standards and guidelines, ensures all licensing and accreditation requirements are maintained. Establishes and administers recordkeeping and reporting processes. Requires a bachelor's degree. Requires Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). Typically reports to a director. The Chemical Dependency Director manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Chemical Dependency Director typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Job Responsibilities:

    As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability in our automotive products. Your responsibilities will include:

    Support production with engineered solutions for process, safety, and equipment-related issues.

    Monitor continuous improvement activities for reduced labor and increased equipment throughput.

    Lead scrap reduction activities working in cross-functional teams.

    Work concurrently with product and tool engineering to bring new products into production.

    Participate in the development, financial justification, selection, purchase, installation, and start-up of new equipment.

    Establish and maintain procedural records related to processes, equipment, and safety.

    Support new product quote and development activities through process description, part costing, packaging, process FMEA, and control plans.

    Assist in the training of production personnel with current, new, and upgraded processes.

    Train maintenance and tooling technicians as new technologies are introduced into production.

    Conducting thorough analysis of production processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

    Implementing and managing quality control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

    Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address and resolve quality issues throughout the product lifecycle.

    Developing and maintaining quality documentation, including process control plans, FMEAs, and standard operating procedures.

    Utilizing statistical tools and methodologies for data analysis to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    Leading root cause analysis investigations and implementing corrective and preventive actions.

    Providing technical expertise in chemical engineering and urethanes to enhance product quality.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.

    2-3 years experience in a Quality Engineering role.

    Strong background in chemical engineering, with a focus on urethanes and materials science.

    Proficient in statistical analysis tools and methodologies.

    Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in resolving quality issues.

    Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
