About you and this role Dow seeks a skilled and forward-thinking Marketing Technologies Product Manager/ Product Owner (m/f/d), specializing in Marketing Technologies. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of marketing automation tools and customer data platforms (CDP). Responsibilities Product Strategy and Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy/roadmap for marketing technologies (automation and CDP products), aligning with organizational goals and market demands. Consider stakeholder needs and emerging trends. Manage the product backlog, prioritize use cases/features in collaboration with cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Sales), and negotiate trade-offs while balancing resource/budget constraints and conflicting enterprise priorities. Lead the product development process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features and enhancements. Provide direction on requirements and lead user acceptance testing. Marketing Technologies Management: Manage and administer marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua) and customer data platform (Adobe B2B RT CDP), ensuring optimal utilization, data integrity, and integration with other systems. Support demand and lead management by designing and implementing automated omnichannel marketing campaigns, including lead nurturing, email marketing, segmentation, and personalization. Continuously test, analyze, and optimize marketing automation processes and campaigns to improve conversion rates, engagement, and overall marketing performance. Oversee the collection, maintenance, and segmentation of customer data, partnering with data experts to ensure high data quality. Process Development and Execution: Define standard processes and templates to establish a Center of Excellence for Program delivery, advocating for these standards across the Global Commercial organization. Map business processes, create/maintain process documentation, and enforce standards to ensure compliance consistency. Collaborate with capability peers, operational services team, IT, and business users to ensure the global use of consistent processes and tools, avoiding redundant investments and unnecessary complexity. Compliance and Governance: Ensure all marketing automation activities adhere to data privacy regulations, industry best practices, and compliance standards, treating data as an asset and privacy as an imperative. Training and Development: Develop training materials for marketing teams to use marketing technologies effectively, ensuring a high level of proficiency among team members. Collaborate with businesses, functions, and regions on training delivery and facilitate the adoption of Marketing Automation tools and CDP. Qualifications A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E6 ranking or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant. 6 years in Marketing and/or Technology-related positions with work experience in digital, product management, or technical/business systems project management. Project management skills, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders in a cross-functional environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create documentation for both business and technical stakeholders. Solid understanding of change management, agile methodologies, and frameworks. In-depth knowledge of marketing technology trends, tools, and platforms. Proven experience as a Product Manager focusing on marketing technologies and best practices in email marketing, omnichannel programs, lead nurturing, and segmentation. Technical experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Real-time CDP for B2B, Adobe Workfront, Adobe Target, SAP ERP data, Microsoft Azure, and system integrations (CRM, ERP, WCM/DAM). Demonstrated success in bringing new products to market. Preferred Qualifications Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
