Chemical Dependency Director directs chemical dependency and substance abuse treatment and recovery programs. Leads, supports, and develops care team members. Being a Chemical Dependency Director oversees services from intake through discharge for continuity and quality of client care. Prioritizes client safety and directs crisis management. Additionally, Chemical Dependency Director develops and administers approved standards and guidelines, ensures all licensing and accreditation requirements are maintained. Establishes and administers recordkeeping and reporting processes. Requires a bachelor's degree. Requires Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC). Typically reports to a director. The Chemical Dependency Director manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be a Chemical Dependency Director typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     YOUR ROLE 

    • Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions.
    • Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications.
    • Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products.
    • Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed.

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Chemical handling experience preferred, or minimum of 2 years related manufacturing experience.
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Lift up to 50 lbs, and up to 25lbs on a frequent basis during a shift.
    • Climb and descend stairs several times per day in work area.
    • Stand continuously and walk frequently during the shift.
    • Wear full face respirator and perform confined space entry.
    • Work in non-climate-controlled work area.

    The salary for this role is $20.00- $30.00 This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range.  This salary range may also be modified in the future.
